The team at Seven Hills Pet Hospital is comprised of highly trained and experienced animal health professionals who have a genuine love for working with pets. Our staff treats every patient with the highest quality of medical care as well as a gentle touch.

Dr. GillDr. Jill Cordeiro, Veterinarian

Dr. Jill Cordeiro joined our team full time in 2017. She was born in upstate New York and grew up along the gulf coast of Alabama. As the child of a registered nurse, she was exposed to medicine from a young age. She always knew she would end up in a medical career due to her desire to ease the suffering of others and counsel them through difficult times. During middle school, she realized that this love of medicine could be combined with her passion for animal welfare and she decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated in 2007 from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. During this time, she also was active in the Auburn University marching band and orchestral programs and pursued a minor concentration in music with focus in French horn performance. She then graduated with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2010.

Dr. Cordeiro moved to Las Vegas in 2010 shortly after graduation and currently lives here with her dog Freebird. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, travelling, and live music. She is an avid Auburn Tigers fan. She enjoys providing professional and compassionate care for all of her patients, and feels truly grateful to have a job she can look forward to every day.



Dr. KeoDr. Terry Keo, Veterinarian

Dr. Keo has been a member of our team since 2011. In 1998, Dr. Keo graduated with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University and moved to Las Vegas after accepting a position at an animal hospital in Henderson, NV. He has worked at a few hospitals around the valley over the years and has a very loyal following because clients love the care that he provides their pets. Dr. Keo currently works with us 2 days a week and also spends his time working at Heaven Can Wait Animal Sanctuary. Dr. Keo has 2 dogs, Ellie and Mushy, and a cat named Buick.



dr Judy Van Der WaltDr. Judy Van Der Walt, Veterinarian

Dr. Van Der Walt joined our team in 2015. She has international experience, having trained and practiced in South Africa, where she owned her own practice, before relocating to her home state of Wyoming. She moved to Las Vegas in 2005 and has been working in both Henderson and Boulder City. She shares her home with her 2 cats.

BeckyBecky, Licensed Veterinary Technician

Becky joined the Seven Hills Pet Hospital team in 2015. Becky grew up in a small town in New Mexico, where she started volunteering at an animal hospital at the age of 14. She started out working in the kennels in the boarding area, and worked her way up to veterinary assistant and receptionist. Becky moved to Colorado to complete her undergraduate studies in Biology and Zoology at Colorado State University. Upon graduation in 2005, she moved to the Las Vegas area and accepted a job at Banfield, The Pet Hospital as veterinary assistant. In 2006, Becky passed the board exam to become a licensed veterinary technician. Becky has over 19 years of experience in all areas of veterinary medicine and is excited to participate in the excellent health care provided by Seven Hills Pet Hospital.

FloraFlora, Receptionist

Flora has been a member of our team since 2014. She provides excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. She is originally from California, but has been living in the Las Vegas area for 17 years. Her family moved here from Egypt 35 years ago. Flora enjoys spending her free time with her 3 dogs, Carmela, BooBoo and Wooter. Flora says, “I love what I do. I love being able to give our clients and their fur babies the best. Helping your pet live a healthy life is priceless.”

Tina, Veterinary Nurse

Tina joined us in March of 2018, after spending the last 20 years working as a technician and manager at other animal hospitals in the Las Vegas Valley. Tina was born and raised in Southern California. She has been working with animals since 1994, when she got her start working with and training exotic animals after earning an associates degree from the Exotic Animal Training and Management in California. She has worked in TV/movies with animals and worked with some of the exotic animals in the Las Vegas shows, including Siegfried and Roy. She finds joy in spending time with her daughter, listening to music, baseball, and spending time with family.

Angela, Receptionist

Angela joined our team in the Fall on 2017. She was born and raised in Nevada. Ever since she was little, Angela has always loved animals. She hs 2 dogs, a chihuahua named Scrappy and a Dachshund named Jumble. Angela loves to be active and outdoors and she also loves to draw and paint. She has an associates degree in Graphic Design. Also, in her free time, she likes to read, go to the movies, and spend time with her mom and two younger brothers at home.

AshlieAshley, Receptionist/Veterinary Nurse

Ashley joined our team in December 2016. She was born in Lake Tahoe, CA and moved to Las Vegas when she was 4 years old. Ashley graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2011, with a certification in Veterinary Assisting, She has worked in animal hospitals as a receptionist and vet assistant, gaining knowledge and experience every day. Ashley enjoys her job and loves coming to work everyday. She says she has known that she wanted to work in the veterinary field since she was in kindergarden. Ashley enjoys spending her free time at home with her fiancee and her young daughter. They also share their home with 2 dogs, Brewski and Marlie, and a gecko named Lenny.

Ashley, Receptionist

Ashley is new to the field of veterinary medicine and joined our team in 2018 to learn more about animals and how to help people by providing customer service and comfort to pet owners. She has worked in various fields, but has always been an animal lover. Ashley is from a small town in Wyoming, but has lived in Henderson for the last 17 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and their cat, King. We have affectionately nicknamed her “Ashley 2” so we know which Ashley we are referring to!

AmyAlex, Veterinary Nurse

Alex has been part of the Seven Hills Pet Hospital team since 2016. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Alex obtained her veterinary assisting certification from Animal Behavioral College. She is also certified in animal first aid and CPR. Alex discovered her interest animals when she rescued her first dog “Mimi”, a Basset Hound. It took one visit to the animal foundation for her to make the decision to work with animals for the rest of her life. Alex began working in the boarding kennels at a veterinary clinic immediately after her high school graduation and has been gaining veterinary assisting experience and learning new things every day! Alex now volunteers at the Animal Foundation in her free time. She currently shares her home with three rescue dogs named Tate, Gretel, and Rowdy.

Alyssa, Veterinary Nurse

Alyssa joined the Seven Hills Pet Hospital team in early 2018. She was born and raised here in Las Vegas, NV. She graduated high school in 2007. Alyssa attended Pima Medical Institute for Veterinary Nursing School. She graduated in 2012. Alyssa also has a certification in Veterinary Phlebotomy. She is married to her amazing husband, Christian. Together they have 2 handsome little boys, Gabriel & Grayson. Alyssa and her family also have 2 pets, Milo, a Beagle mix, and Delilah, a gray short haired kitty.

AmyAmy, Veterinary Nurse

Amy joined the Seven Hills Pet Hospital team in 2015. She grew up as a military brat and has lived all over the world, most recently making her home in Las Vegas in 2014. Since a very young age, Amy has always known she wanted a career in veterinary medicine and got a job as a veterinary receptionist and kennel assistant while pursuing her education. In 2009, she received her certificate in Veterinary Assisting from Cedar Valley College, just outside of Dallas, Texas, and has been working closely with clients and doctors alike to bring the best care possible to every pet she comes in contact with. In her free time, Amy likes to binge-watch shows, read, sketch, and play with her two dogs: Peter and Suki.

Iuritzy, Veterinary Nurse

Ritzy joined the team in 2018. She was born and raised in the city of Ensenada, Mexico. In 1999 she moved to the Las Vegas Valley. She became a certified veterinary assistant in 2018 and loves her job. On her free time, you will find her cuddling her two dogs Ewa & Droopy, spending time binge watching TV with her husband or hiking somewhere outside the valley.

Kae, Veterinary Nurse

Kae joined our team in January of 2018 after completing the Veterinary Assistant Certification course at Pima Medical Institute. She completed her veterinary externship at Flamingo Pet Clinic in Las Vegas. After her second honorable discharge from the US Navy in 2015, Kae got her start in veterinary medicine working at a horse rescue in north Texas, but her love of animals started long before then. Kae, who grew up in north Texas, often brought home stray animals; cats and dogs, and even a ferret and an iguana! She spends her free time playing roller derby, training her 2 horses, Brownie Cake and Wendee Byrd, hiking, camping, and hanging out with her dogs, Lilith and Zira, and cats, Trudy and Freya.

Rory, Veterinary Nurse

Rory joined the Seven Hills Pet Hospital team in 2016. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he gained experience volunteering in shelters, working in an emergency animal hospital, and taking classes at the Pittsburgh Vet Tech Institute. Rory moved to the Las Vegas Valley in September 2016 and adopted his feline companion, Magnolia, from the LV Humane Society shortly after moving. He enjoys hiking through the desert and identifying Mojave flora and fauna in his free time.

Taylor, Veterinary Nurse

Taylor joined our team December of 2017. She was born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA where she gained 6 years of experience working in the veterinary field. Taylor recently made her home in Henderson, NV with her husband and their five children. When Taylor has free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, going to the gym, eating pizza and cuddling with puppies.
